Business Automation Audit
$500–$1,000 · 1–2 weeks
Stop at the report and the review call. You leave with a ranked roadmap and no build commitment.
How it works
We don’t quote a build before we understand the business. The audit is the front door — and whether you stop at the report or carry on into a build, the road in is identical.
The engagement
Steps 1–7 are the same for every package. Select any step to see why it exists and what you get out of it.
The fork
Steps 1–7 run the same way whatever you end up buying. The audit tells us — and you — which of these is actually worth doing.

$500–$1,000 · 1–2 weeks
Stop at the report and the review call. You leave with a ranked roadmap and no build commitment.
$1,500–$3,000 · 2–3 weeks
Carry on into one workflow: we rebuild it as a documented, standardised process and put it into practice with your team.
$2,500–$4,500 · 3–5 weeks
Carry on into a build: one or two automations designed, built, tested against criteria you signed, and documented.
$1,000–$3,000 / month · Month-to-month
Keep going month to month — small improvements, troubleshooting, and documentation as the business changes.
An upgrade once something is running — not a first engagement.
Why the audit isn’t free
If the diagnosis costs us nothing, it’s worth exactly that — and it will always conclude that you should buy the thing we sell. Charging for it means we can tell you the honest answer, including “leave this alone.”
The audit is a fixed $500–$1,000, agreed before any work starts, and the report is yours whether or not you do anything else with us.
Audit credit
Start an eligible fixed-fee engagement within 30 days and the audit fee comes off it dollar for dollar.
If the audit leads to a cleanup, Starter Build, or custom scoped project signed within 30 days of delivery, you haven’t paid twice for the thinking. Fractional support is excluded because it starts after earlier project work is complete.
