Why isn't the audit free?
Because a free diagnosis is a sales call wearing a lab coat — it will always conclude that you should buy the thing we sell. Charging for it means we can tell you the honest answer, including “leave this alone.” The report is a deliverable you own, not a pitch.
What if I only want the report?
That's a completely normal outcome, and the Business Automation Audit is priced as a standalone engagement for exactly that reason. You get the findings and the roadmap, and you're free to implement them yourself or hand them to someone else.
Can you build us a custom CRM or ERP?
Yes, but never as a first engagement — that one is a hard rule, not a negotiating position. Software that runs the whole company is a long, expensive project, and building one for a business we don't yet understand is how those end up abandoned. Custom platform work only follows a completed engagement together: an audit, a cleanup, or a build first, so we've seen how the company actually operates before anyone commits to something that size. It's scoped and priced per project, never off this page.
Do you resell software?
No. We are a consulting practice, not a software reseller. We take no commission, kickback, or referral fee from any tool we recommend. If a paid tool is genuinely the right answer, you buy it directly and own the account.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. They run on your accounts, and you get written documentation covering how each one is triggered, what it does, and how to change it. The point is that your team can maintain it without us.
What if I'm not a QuickBooks shop?
QuickBooks Online is our main early niche because it is where a lot of small and medium-sized businesses keep the books. It is not the only tool we understand. The work is still about how information moves through quoting, scheduling, invoicing, paperwork, handoffs, and the rest of the stack.
Do you work with heavily regulated industries?
Not right now. We are avoiding financial services, government, medical, legal, and similar regulated environments because those projects need deeper compliance infrastructure than we want to promise casually.
How do I know which package I need?
You don't have to. That's what the discovery call and the audit are for — we recommend one, with reasons. Nobody is asked to pick a package off this page.
